The Cornish and Manx Gaelic Orgy aired on Sunday, January 6, 2008, from 5 am – 11 am, Eastern Standard Time (UT - 5)

We explored the music of Cornwall and the Isle of Mann and the language of Cornish and Manx Gaelic. Both of these languages died (Cornish in the 18th century, and Manx when the last native speaker died in 1974), but both have been revived and are currently spoken. Because of the rarity of new music composed in these languages, we have a far smaller selection than usual to share with you, and we will supplement it with traditional instrumental music of the areas.
